Osman is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is presently the Chairperson of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants and a Board Member of the Financial Reporting Council. He is also former Chairman of The Society of Chartered Accountants (Mauritius). Osman is the Group Chief Financial Officer of the British American Group, the second largest turnover-based Group in Mauritius and is also a Licensed Auditor.
